TALC structure

At the moment our only paid member of staff is our Focal Point Person, who is effectively providing the services of an outreach, finance and office manager until we have the funds to increase our staff and fill these positions with separate individuals.

The Focal Point Person is the link between our members, volunteers and Board.

The volunteer component of the TALC structure is made up of members of our three sub-committees: IEC, Research and Advocacy, in addition to our TALC members and volunteers who donate their time and abilities on an ad hoc basis.

The TALC Board comprises eight representatives elected by the TALC membership who determine the direction and policy of the organisation, with input from members through the monthly meeting.
